Shipping your bike to Bike Works of Lake Stevens for The Ironman 70.3 World Qualifier

For us to receive your bike, assemble it and ship it back to you after the 70.3 triathlon it must be shipped to us in a hard case. No exceptions.

Please pay the return freight at the time of shipping. IT WILL SAVE YOU MONEY and you will have the tracking numbers in hand for the trip out and back.

Please print out the form, fill out the information and enclose with your bike this Bike Shipping Form. Before shipping your bike you MUST call us or e-mail us and let us know when your bike shipped and the estimated arrival date.

Q: Once I get to the race venue, where do I pick up my bicycle?     
A: Please pick up your bike at Bike Works. The shop is located at 2010 Grade Road, Lake Stevens, WA. The shop is 1/4 mile north of the transition area and our hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mon.-Sat.

Q: What do I need to do for you to reassemble my bike the way I had it set up?
A: Please put tape around your seat post and stem to mark where it needs to be placed. Also use nail polish or mark your bars for the proper angle for the aero bars.

Q: What if I need any specific mechanical support that is not covered in your package?
A: If your bike is in need of major repair when we receive it, we will notify you of what is needed for a safe race. If brake or shifter cables, or brake pads need to be replaced we will replace them at an additional cost with your approval first.

**** If your bike has not been cleaned since your last race PLEASE do so. There is a $10.00 charge if we have to clean your bike to work on it. ****
